02. Booking & Payment

Availability
All bookings are subject to seat availability and operational schedules.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Successful PNR issuance signals a confirmed seat.

03. Passenger Conduct

Respectful Environment
Passengers are expected to behave in an orderly manner. Disruption may lead to immediate boarding refusal.
Safety Risks
The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone posing a safety risk to other travelers.

04. Baggage & Liability

Luggage Limits
Standard baggage allowance applies. Excess or heavy luggage may incur additional charges at the counter.
Personal Belongings
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Passengers must safeguard their own items.

05. Cancellation & Refund Surcharges

All ticket cancellations, whether partial or full, are governed by our standard Refund Policy. To ensure our tickets remain competitively priced and accessible, the direct transaction processing fees and service taxes charged by our third-party payment partners (such as Razorpay) are recovered directly from the final refundable amount. Surcharges are calculated dynamically at the exact point-of-sale cost, without operator markups. In cases of partial cancellations, gateway charges are applied proportionally based on the seat count being cancelled.
