Cancellations and refunds are processed per the slabs below. Refunds are credited back to the original payment mode within 7–10 business days.

To maintain absolute fare equity, standard payment gateway fees (Razorpay platform charges and financial network processing costs) are deducted directly from the final refund payout.

• Actual Apportionment: Surcharges reflect the exact transaction processing fees calculated in real-time.
• Partial Cancellation Protection: In multi-passenger bookings, gateway fees are calculated proportionally so you only pay for the specific passenger cancellation requested.
• No Operator Markups: Suraj Transport charges 0% administrative markups on payment processing; the gateway fee is entirely paid to the payment aggregator.

In case Suraj Transport cancels a trip due to operational reasons, all passengers are eligible for a 100% full refund automatically.
